It took me MONTHS to get an auto insurance policy set back up, and they had all of my information from being a prior customer so it should’ve been straightforward. Now I’m being back-billed by State Farm for all of the errors they made. At one point State Farm was going to cancel my policy because the staff hadn’t turned in a document. Wish I had gone somewhere else from the start, this agency isn’t the same that it used to be."
