"Had my insurance with Robin before moving out of state pre-pandemic and had great service. Moved back post-pandemic and had nothing but problems with his staff. It took me MONTHS to get an auto insurance policy set back up, and they had all of my information from being a prior customer so it should’ve been straightforward. Now I’m being back-billed by State Farm for all of the errors they made. At one point State Farm was going to cancel my policy because the staff hadn’t turned in a document. Wish I had gone somewhere else from the start, this agency isn’t the same that it used to be."

"Worst business experience i have ever had. Promised a rate lower that i was currently paying, after i switched to them it was way higher then my old insurance provider. None of the numbers added up, the online account didn't match the bill, could never get a straight answer as to what was going on. After i threatened to cancel they added a driver on my policy to a high risk bracket without any approval from me charging me even more for no reason at all.Then when i do cancel to go to another provider they kept billing me and apparently never actually canceled my policy even after signing a cancellation form. Calling custom service is completely useless, the don't do anything. STAY AWAY FROM STATEFARM."
